This OkayLive Privacy Policy explains how OkayLive and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "OkayLive," "we," or "us") handle the personal data we collect from visitors and users of the OkayLive application and any other services related to these applications and websites, or linked to this Privacy Policy (collectively or individually referred to as "you" or "users").
1. What Information Do We Collect
When we provide the OkayLive services, we obtain information about you through the means discussed below. Please note that we require certain types of information to be able to provide you with the OkayLive services.
Information Provided by Users
When you create an account on the application or use the OkayLive services, such as uploading content to the application or contacting us for technical support, you agree to provide the following personal information:
- Registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email, if applicable), password, user identifier, and language;
- Profile information, such as your nickname, profile picture, gender, and hometown;
- User-generated content ("UGC"), such as comments, texts, messages, images, videos, sounds, codes, or other data or materials that you upload, distribute, or stream on the application when using the OkayLive services;
- Payment information, such as full name, billing address, billing postal code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number, or other payment information (if required for payment);
- Transaction information, such as transaction serial numbers and transaction history records after you purchase paid services;
- Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you allow us to do so, but you can change access to your GPS information via the settings on your mobile device;
- Your choices and communications with us, such as information used to verify your account or resolve your feedback or complaints;
- Information you provide when participating in app surveys and activities.
When you create an OkayLive account by connecting with a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google), or if you link an OkayLive account with a third-party social media account.
The personal information and UGC you provide when participating in our events, promotions, challenges, contests, and sweepstakes, or during interactions with our social media sites.
Information Collected for Legitimate Interests
When you use the OkayLive services for legitimate interests, we may collect the following personal information:
- Network activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or pages you visit, the dates and times of your visits, other user accounts you subscribe to, and information regarding your interactions with other users;
- Information from other sources: We may obtain additional information about you from third parties and sources other than the OkayLive services. For example, we may obtain additional information from games or services you use or social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have authorized us to access. When you access the OkayLive services through social media networks or connect the OkayLive services to social media networks, you authorize OkayLive to collect, store, and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy;
- Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, brand, mobile device model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number, and media access control address;
- Information about your access to and use of other apps;
- Other location information, such as information based on your SIM card;
- Cookies, small data segments collected by us or our business partners to provide certain features, used to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use the OkayLive services to enhance your experience with the OkayLive services.
We may also collect, use, and share your information to produce and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information because it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, generate statistics about our users, calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, or calculate ad impressions served or clicked.
2. How We Use Your Information
We will only use your personal information when permitted by applicable law. Generally, we use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Service provision: to present the OkayLive services and their content to you, including any interactive features on the OkayLive services, and to provide you with information, products, or services that you allow us to provide;
- Service improvement: to improve and personalize our services by presenting new services, information, recommendations, and feedback;
- Customer management: to manage a registered user's account, provide customer support and notifications to the registered user about their account or subscription, and notifications about changes to the OkayLive services or any other product or service we offer or provide through it;
- Communication: to communicate and interact with you directly, for example, we may send notifications regarding upcoming changes, promotional activities, or improvements to the OkayLive services;
- Content review: to review images, pictures, and content posted or generated on the OkayLive services to ensure compliance with applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction;
- Content customization: to research and analyze your use of or interest in content, products, advertising, or services available on the OkayLive services to develop and display content tailored to your interests on our website and app;
- Performance analysis: to determine whether users of the OkayLive services are unique or if the same user is using the OkayLive services on multiple occasions, and to monitor aggregate metrics such as the total number of visitors, number of videos viewed, and demographic patterns;
- Functionality and security: to identify users who do not meet the age limit, diagnose or fix technical issues, and detect, prevent, and respond to actual or potential fraud, illegal activities, or intellectual property infringement;
- Compliance: to enforce our terms of use and comply with our legal obligations;
- Aggregation: to aggregate the information we collect about you to meet one or more of the purposes described above.
Additionally, we use your email or other login or device information to link your contact or subscription information with your platform activities across all your devices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may disclose your personal information to members of our corporate group (i.e., entities that control us, are controlled by us, or are under common control with us) to provide services, customer management, content customization, advertising, analytics, verification, functionality, security, and compliance.
We may disclose your personal information to our authorized service providers who perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, content customization, analytics, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, supporting our functionality, and other features offered through the OkayLive services. These service providers may have access to the personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. However, if you connect to a third-party service through the OkayLive services or otherwise link your OkayLive account with a third-party service, you are requesting and authorizing us to share or grant access to information on your behalf with such third party. We may also send information about the content you watched or your activities on the OkayLive services to such third party to enhance your experience on the OkayLive services.
We may disclose or share your personal information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings, in which personal information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred. If such a sale or transfer occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the entity to which we transfer your personal information uses the information in a manner consistent with this privacy policy.
We may access, preserve, and share your personal information with regulators, law enforcement, or others where we reasonably believe such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, (b) enforce applicable terms of use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities, security or technical issues, (d) protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, our employees, or other third parties; or (e) maintain and protect the security and integrity of the OkayLive services or infrastructure.
We may disclose aggregated information about our users. We may also share aggregated information with third parties for general business analysis. This information does not contain any personal information and may be used to develop content and services that we hope you and other users will find of interest.
4. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be processed by us, our trusted third-party suppliers, in countries outside of your residence, including countries where data protection and privacy laws or regulations may be equivalent to or as protective as the data protection laws and regulations in your country. In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, we will implement appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure when transferred outside of your country to a jurisdiction with a less adequate level of personal data protection. These measures include (where applicable) transferring pursuant to data transfer agreements implementing standard data protection clauses.

When you click on a link to any other website, mobile application, or third-party content through the OkayLive services, you will be directed to another website or mobile application, and another entity may collect or learn about your information. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or mobile applications or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this privacy policy do not apply to these third-party websites or mobile applications or content, or to any collection of information after you click on links to these third-party websites or mobile applications.
6. Data Security
We take appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are allowed to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption for the transmission of certain personal information between your system and ours and use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing your personal information. Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate the security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information. You should exercise caution when submitting information through the OkayLive services and be particularly careful in deciding what information you provide to us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information at all times.
7. Your Rights
You can request to opt-out at any time by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device to allow us to send you push notifications.
If you do not wish to share, you can turn off GPS location, microphone, camera, or other similar functions on your mobile device. You can also hide your location and other information by adjusting the "Privacy" settings.
You can choose not to provide us with personal information, but this may result in you being unable to use certain features of the OkayLive services, as such information may be required for you to register as a user, purchase paid services, participate in promotions, surveys, sweepstakes, or make complaints.
You can change your information by editing your profile in the app, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information, or deleting your information.
8. Children
We do not intentionally collect or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal information of individuals under 18 has been collected on or through the OkayLive services, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

9. Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may modify or revise our privacy policy from time to time. Although we may attempt to notify you when significant changes are made to this privacy policy, you should periodically review the most current version to be aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
If we change anything in our privacy policy, the date of change will be reflected in the "Last Updated Date." By continuing to access or use the services after those changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
